Bishop Francisco Mendoza born in June 11,1947 in La Huerta, Paranaque. Ordained Priest on June 28,1975 in the Archdiocese of Manila. Appointed Titular Bishop of Bosetano And Auxillary Bishop of Antipolo onJune 27,2007. Ordained Bishop : September 1,2007 at Manila Cathedral. Installed as Auxillary Bishop of Antipolo on September 8,2007. On Sep 9, 2016 He was succeeded as the Bishop of Antipolo.
On May 24, 2023, Pope Francis accepted the resignation of Most Rev. Francisco Mendoza as Bishop of Antipolo.
