Benedict Rogers, a rights activist and journalist is the East Asia team leader of Christian Solidarity Worldwide, a rights organisation specialising in freedom of religion or belief. He received the US government’s International Religious Freedom Champion award in 2021.Based in London, Rogers writes about issues of religion and rights in Hong Kong and China, his area of specialisation.

Naeem Harry is a Pakistani American based in New Jersey. US. He has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in theology from the National Catholic Institute of Theology in Karachi, Pakistan. He has written a book titled “Understanding Pakistani Culture”. After studying clinical pastoral education at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Pennsylvania, he now serves as a hospice chaplain.

Virginia is the former Executive Secretary of the Office of Laity & Family of the Asian Catholic Bishops' Forum knowns as FABC. A theologian and journalist based in Mumbai, she also headed the Indian bishops' Commission for Women. The founder member and secretary of the Indian Women's Theologians Forum, Saldanha, is an activist working for justice for women in Church and Society. She contributes columns to UCA News.

With a doctorate in journalism, Gonsalves is now an independent freelance journalist and writes about business, religion and society.

Joseph Peter Calleja, also known as Jaypee, is a lawyer and journalist based in Manila, the Philippines. Jaypee is also the editor of Paris-based Bayard publications in the Philippines and a member of the Lay-Religious Alliance of the Assumptionists. He began his association with UCA News in 2020.
